Yarrow’s “Little Bit o’ Blue” Stomach Oil
- 1 oz (30 ml) jojoba (Simmondsia chinensis)

- 6 drops Yarrow important oil (Achillea millefolium)
- four drops Coriander important oil (Coriandrum sativum)
Make this mix in a 1 oz (30 ml) glass bottle. Mix the jojoba and important oils and shake gently. Therapeutic massage it into your stomach and low again whenever you’ve eaten one thing that doesn’t agree with you.

Basil’s “Pat Your Head and Rub Your Stomach” Inhaler
- 7 drops Basil ct. linalool important oil (Ocimum basilicum ct. linalool)
- 5 drops Bergamot Mint important oil (Mentha × citrata)
- four drops Peppermint important oil (Mentha × piperita)
It is a nice important oil recipe for abdomen ache AND for complications! (Particularly when you have each on the identical time.)
To make it, put the important oil drops on the cotton wick of an Aromatherapy inhaler. Slip the cotton into the inhaler’s “sleeve,” and snap the cap into place.
